Angella Gardener, PTA, MA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Angella Gardener, PTA, MA. BS is a practicing physical therapist assistant at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center with 14 years of experience in varied clinical settings; and with expertise in Spinal Cord Injury. Angella served as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) on the spinal cord injury service for 12 years. Currently she is serves as a PTA in the Pathokinesiology Lab and Rancho Research Institute. She has earned a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational studies, a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and an associate in science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Ms. Gardener is the driving force behind the restructuring of the respiratory muscle training program (RMT) in the physical therapy department at Rancho. This includes obtaining grant funding to support the ongoing program, facilitating group RMT classes and individual patient consults.
