He is a master clinician, researcher, and educator with over 35 years of experience working at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. He is currently coordinating a nationally funded research project studying the biomechanics and user preferences of walking in different types of foot and ankle braces for individuals recovering from stroke. Mr. Weiss received his undergraduate training in Biology in 1985 at Pomona College (Chirp!), and his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California in 1989.
